My education, experience and training gave me the tools to share with you, the client. These tools and methods empower you the client to achieve better health and vitality.
My coaching work is based upon the Bio-Individual Approach. Because every client’s body is unique in it’s needs, use, digestion and absorption of nutrients. So we always start with assessing the current condition and work towards achieving desired goals in a balanced progression that works best for each individual.
All my clients, learn how to properly nourish them self by identifying and choosing those foods that vitalize, nourish and regenerate their unique body on a cellular level. This is not another “diet”—it is a lifetime enhancement.
